I gave these folks 5 ⭐ because the ratings don't go higher! From knowledgeable, efficient phone reps to dynamic glass techs - they truly put the customer first in 'customer service'!
The Granite State Glass team in Plymouth NH is a first class outfit, from cordial and efficient receptionists, Diana and Sammy, to folks who measure for the job, and, of course---the Installers, Jeff and Robbie. They replaced two clouded, large thermopane panels and rebuilt a 45 year old 4-panel Arcadia patio door (@ Tripplewood in Campton) with new weatherstripping and repaired the rollers and track. They even washed the two old panels before leaving. Hard to beat this anytime. Their work saved us buying a new patio door system; We are delighted.
Had 2 windshield crack with 6 months of each other (2 different cars). They handled everything with the insurance companies and it was a smooth, easy process. They were able to recalibrate the safety systems of both cars and the work looks great Hopefully I don't break any more anto glass any time soon, but if I do there the ones I'll go back to to fix it.
