I believe I already reviewed the high quality of work they did on my truck. This repeat visit was because the insurance company said Colony didn't have me sign the paperwork to release the payment. When I got there, the file for my job contained the release document with my signature. Was the insurance company that erred.

READ: *Similar reviews like mine down below* They scheduled me an appointment, lost it in the works with my insurance company, wasted two months of waiting to get work done. Talked to the owner and explained, he looked at my estimate I received two months ago and can’t put two and two together that I had an appointment set. Offered me a date two months out without any holding his company accountable for the error. Owner showed a total lack of care, didn't express even the slightest bit of concern that his company may have made a mistake. Owner has a total lack of business sense and made it very clear he doesn’t care to consider a fault on his hands. In your reply you are claiming I never had a scheduled appointment so you are calling me a liar, so unprofessional. *Beware*

Mr. Costello, if you're going to write a review as to what happened, you should give correct information. Yes, we did inspect your vehicle. We provided you with a detailed damage repair estimate and sent it to your insurance agent, per your request. We did not receive correspondence from you, your agent, or the insurance company. The claim info finally came over today, after you reached out to them. We do not schedule repairs, much less give a date for repairs, until we have the required information with regards to the claim, so we would not have scheduled your repairs since we just received the insurance assignment today. We advised you of the earliest repair date available when you called today, at which point you thanked us for wasting your time and hung up. A short time after, you called again and insisted that we admit to dropping the ball, which is not the case at all, so the owner politely told you that this is not going to be a good working relationship and suggested that you find another shop for repairs.

My family and I have been using Colony for decades. We’ve had at least a half dozen vehicles through their garage and they’ve always delivered an excellent end product. The service is always terrific, the work is flawless and is at an affordable and realistic price point. The only thing I worry about is where will I take my vehicles when they retire, but until then they have my family’s and my business for years to come.
