Terrible service and a huge waste of time. Was told can go look at the part and have it in 2 days. Takes few min and one socket to remove. I had the tools to remove and liability paper on counter looked to be pull a part. I will never call or return to this straight up junk yard.

Jun 25, 2023Brian - Your initial request was for a new old-stock part located in our warehouse, that didn't come with an additional piece that you were seeking. While we did have that piece on our property, this part was still bolted on a vehicle that had not been processed yet. Our You-Pull (self-service) vehicles are situated in a specific part of our yard that customers have access to by signing in on a waiver form. However, the vehicle housing the part you were looking for was not in that area, therefore required our staff to do the removal. While we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, it can take up to two days to remove parts from a vehicle as we fill orders in the order we receive them. After some discussion and offering to pull the yard puller off a job to grab it for you, I understand you got frustrated and left. I am sorry that you felt that you received less than satisfactory service.
