Clear Search
Very hard to get a hold of. Called multiple times, and only an answering machine. Left messages, only 1 call back that I didn't see, called back within 5 minutes and did not answer. Such a shame as Ralph is a great mechanic but not always around
Was quality work and done in a timely manor but severely overcharges I had a 50 to 100 dollar job done and charged 300 dollars seems like a nice enough guy but was super disappointed in his labor costs will not go to again
I’ve been going to Ralph at Jaffrey Auto for years. I recommend them to everyone! He’s honest, fair, and reliable. I dread the day he retires!
