Excellent!
I've been going to brooks as long as I can remember. NEVER AGAIN!! Went for a starter that I had already bought , it was the wrong one my fault not there's. Apon returning with the new starter. I was told to never try and use Andy's discount again At the auto store. I was very confused because I never asked for this when the auto part store called brooks and confirmed I never did this and it was a misunderstanding. Things happen but they never ever tried to apologize for accusing me of something I didnot do! Accusing me of basically trying to steal from them and not correctecting themselves when wrong isn't a business I will support.

May 23, 2023I'm Sorry you feel that way, I thought this was resolved Friday, When a parts store calls us and says someone tried to use our account, we inquire about it. As we talked about the other day, It was a misunderstanding on the parts stores part. Sorry for an confusion this may have caused you.
Great service
They worked on my cars for years they do a great job. Went in today for an inspection in and out 10 minutes
Was able to fit me in to get my donut changed out for the regular tire at the last minute before the snow and my post-op appt in Worcester yesterday
