i wouldn’t even give it a star. Terrible service. I lost my car in an accident and they charged me almost 800 for them to keep my totaled car.. or 1200 for me to keep it. After an accident and being out of work for days from injuries they wouldn’t even let me get my insurance cards for my doctors, until the vehicle was paid. Rude, laughing. No remorse or sympathy. Place was a dump. After such a traumatic experience this tow company has done nothing but make my life more difficult just for a dollar in there pocket.

Tim Lucas of Morgan’s Towing and Repair arrived very quickly to load my truck onto their flatbed truck. Tim was very friendly and accommodating and treated my truck with the utmost of care. For these reasons, I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring such a service.

A shout out of appreciation to Seth at Morgan’s Towing in Epping! Car died en route to service appt in the rain with snow on the way. AAA said might take an hour, but Seth arrived in under 10 minutes -understanding, kind, professional and made all my worries vanish. Thanks for saving the day Seth!

locked keys in rental, called dispatch, they sent Seth in ramp truck, took 12 minutes to arrive, had the inflatabag and hook, took less then a minute to get in! NH quality service! will recommend to anyone!

My wife's car died on the way to the shop, Morgan's was called and they arrived in @ 10 to 15 minutes. The driver Seth was quick, friendly, helpful and polite. I wish I could say the same about AAA. I would not hesitate to contact and hire Morgan's anytime. Thank you Seth

AAA tow from my house to a shop. The tow truck showed up earlier than AAA estimated, and the driver was very friendly. Entire interaction lasted 10 minutes, and I got a text a few minutes later that my truck was delivered safely to the shop

Seth was absolutely amazing, he was extremely quick to get there and was very friendly and funny. This is my third time getting a tow from Morgans and they have been extremely good every time.

I called for a late night emergency tow. The woman on the phone took my info and said a driver would call me. Had to call back a second time after not hearing from her driver and was told he was finishing up another call and would call me soon. No one Ever called me back. Very unprofessional! 24 hr. Towing? What a joke! Update: finally got a call back 6 hrs. Later, after I was home sleeping and the car was still on the side of the road. Now that’s service!
