Our truck was damaged in a bad storm by hail falling on the hood while it was parked in our driveway. This happened in the same storm that caused many 1000s to be without power in NH. When called by crash champions to schedule our inspection, i spoke to the most rude woman. She first tried to claim that New England doesn’t have hail? What the hell? I’ve lived in NH for 25 years and we have had hail MANY times. Then she said they can’t do inspections to estimate the cost. We were told by insurance we could do an estimate and then make plans for repairs. Then she told us they can’t look at the damage and then discuss repairs, you just have to plan to leave the truck there for a month? For a couple small hood dents from hail? This woman needs to get customer service training and to learn about New England weather which most definitely includes hail. I would never go there or recommend anyone go there.
