I was able to stop on my lunch break for a new battery. They had quite a varied inventory. the employee at the counter was knowledgeable and efficient.

My car wouldn't start when I was leaving Randolph, NH for Connecticut two Sundays ago about noon. AAA didn't seem to be able to get anyone to me, ever (not their finest hour(s)), so I took my wife's car and went to O'Reilly and bought a cheap battery - they had a choice (a pleasant surprise) on the hope that that a bad battery was the problem. It was, and the car fired right up. I assumed that I would have to return to that specific O'Reilly to get the core charge refunded, and when I asked how long I could take to do so, they said there wasn't a time limit, but I could also turn in the old battery at any O'Reilly. There is one two towns down from where I live, and they happily refunded the charge. I thought this was excellent service when I needed it.
I was passing through town and lost a wheel bearing on my boat trailer. The team at this particular O'Reilly's where amazing! They not only helped me get the right replacement bearings for my trailer but the offered me their restroom to clean up my greasy hands from my road side repair. On top of that, they were just about the friendliest guys you could find. You could tell they loved what they do and that they love helping others. Thanks guys!!!
Stopped in to see if they had a product we was looking for. And they did. Fast and great service
