I've used Dow's for my oil change, side mirror replacement, and a general repair on 3 separate occasions. They're very kind, efficient and cost-effective. I highly recommend them!

I loved the staff and the whole process was really great, but Dow’s missed a huge repair my car needed when I got it inspected two weeks ago. It ended up becoming a safety threat to me as well, I’m really disappointed the mechanics didn’t either notice or communicate a very simple issue. :(

Took my car to Dow's for the first time this week for my inspection. I made an appointment about a week in advance and got my first choice of day and time. The waiting area was comfortable and they had me in and out in under 30 minutes!
