I scheduled an appointment and dropped my car off at 7am to be serviced while I was at work. I came back at 3:30 pm just to see that my car sat parked at Bob’s all day long and yet they did not complete the service I had scheduled (a simple oil change and tire rotation.) I was told “we got busy” but since I had a scheduled appointment, I do not find that to be an acceptable excuse. I live 45 minutes away and coordinating rides was difficult. I was told I’d need to reschedule, but will not be returning here.
