My wife's 2015 Buick Enclave was hit by a deer, requiring body work on the front right side, headlight assembly and front half of the passenger side. They did a great job and it looked amazing! A week later I noticed condensation in the headlight assembly. I called and without hesitation, John, the owner, said he would order another assembly. A couple weeks later he called and I had it installed. Awesome service! Will go back for any future needs. FYI, the deer was fine. :)

Premier quality and exceptional service.! I recently encountered an underground garage support beam that caused a significant amount of damage when backing up. I dreaded with every ounce of my being to do business with a body shop or mechanic. After 30 years of driving and a number of repairs over the years, my experiences have always been disappointing. I researched many body shops, and then I found Collision North. From my very first call, John and Mark were so accommodating and assured me they would help me through the process with my insurance company. I brought my car for them to look at and they were fully transparent on costs, lead time for parts and repair. They quoted that I would be without my car for two weeks. I never once had to call them to check in. Mark and John always kept me up to date on status and completion time. I received a call on Friday, four days early to inform me my car was ready and to give them an hour to clean the outside and inside. What?!? They cleaned the interior of my car?!? That has never happened with any of my other experiences. I arrived to pick up my car, they had all my paperwork and keys ready. I couldn’t thank them enough for how easy they made the process, and their transparency and kindness. I opened up my car for the first time in two weeks, and it looked brand new and ran like a charm. I will never entertain the thought of going elsewhere when I need work done on my car, even if I move and have to travel. Collision North is a superior collision center, and Mark and John and their team have really built a foundation of trust with their consumers. Bravo for an amazing experience and quality job! Just had work done here and my experience was fantastic! John and his team went above and beyond expectations. I got an earlier than expected appointment, was kept in the loop every step of the way and got my car back very quickly! My car battery actually died shortly after it left the shop (due to no fault of theirs, it's easily 5+ years old) and John came out to meet me to jump the battery, which was so unbelievably kind. He was able to order and replace the battery within 24 hours! He's definitely got customers for life now :)

Took our minivan to collision north after being hit from behind. The process was easy and smooth. He worked with the insurance company directly and did a great job on the work. They also took the time to clean up the car which is always an added perk! 10/10 recommended them.
