Brought the car in for a tire change. Young tech could not get the wheels off claiming the lug nuts are rusty, car just the tires changed over within the last 2 weeks. I was told I was "not allowed to bring the car to a mechanic to have the lug nuts removed and retorqued and they would NOT work on this car. but would give me no reasons why. They had terrible customer service, I will not be using this tire center again. Bad service, Bad customer support, Would not check to see if their equipment was working properly, which it does not seem to be, wheels were torqued to 88 ft lbs.
