My wife and I stopped in to see if there was a chance to get a set of snow tires put on, knowing that all of the tire shops are crazy busy at this time of the year. They were crazy busy as they also had some remodeling going on. Richard had 3 tires in stock and was on the phone with the nearest VIP and located a fourth. He jumped into a vehicle and ran to Littleton to secure that tire for us and we were out of there in an hour and a half. Thank you Richard Deming for going above and beyond. What a great experience at VIP.

Only one inspector at the monent but more are being trained. Don't let that stop you from scheduling an appointment though, customer service is top notch and employees are friendly.

My boyfriend and I came to New Hampshire from NJ for a weeks vacation. When we got here on Monday, we realized my brakes weren’t operating properly. We came upon VIP, explained our concern and got an appointment for a brake inspection on Thursday. Caiman greeted us as we came in and was incredible from beginning to end. We got our brakes replaced and found that we needed tires as well. On an extremely busy snowy day, we were able to get four new tires and peace of mind. So happy we came upon VIP and appreciate the entire team as everyone was very friendly and informative. Thank you for a great experience and highly recommend them for any of your vehicles needs.

You have remarkably kind gentlemen working for your woodsville vip branch. They went way above and beyond to help me and my family out. Even took the time to make a 3 year old happy. I have never seen a garage go above and beyond In kindness and generosity as they did to me. They gave me hope that there are still good people in this world we live in today. Talk about fast & reliable service! Needed some important services done before a road trip & I'm so glad I chose this location. They were able to make my appointment first thing in the morning & got all the services done in under 2 hours! The cherry on top was their fantastic veteran's discount! 10% off every service up to 50$? You cant beat a discount like that! If I wasn't moving, this would be my go-to mechanic shop!

Rich, Jake and all the guys who cover the front desk area are always welcoming! I'm thankful Jake explains things in a way that I can understand as a car-novice and he gives me a time-frame on how soon I need a repair before it may become a hazard. The past 8 years I've gone to VIP in Woodsville I can't say anything bad about them and its consistently good service.
