Excellent service & friendly people
Been coming here for 22 years. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable.
This place is a complete and utter joke, extremely unprofessional and untimely. I had brought my car in a MONTH ago due to an engine misfire, leaking and a broken hood latch. The entire time I got 0 phone calls from any technicians and whenever I called I got the run around for weeks. I received one half as$ estimate of 12-1500$ and that they’d get back to me with a set one in a few days. A week later I finally got a call from someone and “To be honest I don’t really want to do it”. Was what I was told. I received no real quotes and didn’t give approval for any work to be done but when I go to get my car I have a 500$ bill waiting for me. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude when I questioned what was done to it, I was never once told that any work had been done, nor gave permission for any work to be done and on top of that I was charged a 90$ fee for “get the hood to open” on the final bill. A complete waste of time and money. 500$ for a set of spark plugs and a month without a car, I’ve had better experiences at jiffy lube.
