Terrible experience. Made an appointment with them for 9:00am, took time off my work and showed up on time. The scheduler said he made the appointment for 12:00, with him saying he remembered me saying 9:00, but he said they would try to squeeze me in. I waited a half an hour to go back in to hear Todd say I can't see you until later in the day. The scheduler should have owned his mistake but didn't, and I walked out.
