Friendly staff, able to accommodate an inspection same day. Great experience
Mike and Steve were very knowledgeable and quick with the diagnostics. Repair costs were detailed and explained clearly. Great customer service..and the actual repairs were completed ahead of schedule. I was so impressed by them that I took my daughter’s car here as well. We will be using Eastern States to fix our cars from now on.
First experience, and first rate. Just for a battery warranty this time, but handled professionally and with ZERO hassle.
Friendly staff great service great communication. Took a project to them without any notice and then change the project the next day and they obliged with not even batting an eye and completed the job for me that I needed done this is a great company to have your car's service that or anything that is mechanical and runs they'll try to fix whatever they can

I had no appointment, just a walk in. Was taken care of immediately, with curtesy and profesionalism. Great service. Have had multiple walk ins, no appointment to have Intoxalock calibrated. They always had time. Made appointment to have device removed, took half the time they quoted. Great place, great people.
