Kept my truck for 6 months and did nothing to it. Seems to be a recurring theme in the reviews. Nice enough guys, but no clue how to run a business.

Good guys to deal with. I felt confident in their abilities.
Speed Bear robbed me. Speed Bear took my car and didn't give it back for five months, I ultimately canceled the registration. Speed Bear charged me for a diagnosis on my car and never did it, just parked it out back to get covered with so much snow that they "couldnt" retrieve it. Speed Bear had several scheduling conflicts and tried to charge me for a second diagnosis even though I had already prepaid for one that was never ever done on the car they were keeping from me. Speed Bear said "yea come in for a headlight" and forgot that was the entire point, forgot I was coming that day as well, and tried to charge me for a same day delivery fee for the headlight even though it could have been ordered and delivered when I scheduled. I thought as a friend of one of the employees, I'd get at minimum treated fairly. It's been endless excuses with absolutely zero communication. Last they told me, they'd be getting my car dug out and diagnosed that weekend (March 20th is the day this was said). Haven't heard from anyone since. Don't bother with these guys. PS about half these reviews are family. Not a real representation of their ACTUAL business ethics.
This shop was professional, fairly priced, and very honest. I will continue to use them in future and recommend to others.
