TULLY is amazing! Our car was totaled in a storm and working with the insurance was a nightmare! Rick and Jill from Tully offered us a tow when the insurance company couldn't be bothered. ( we live on the seacoast so it wasn't a quick trip). They crash wrapped the car to prevent further damage, and immediately went to work analyzing the damage ( other collision centers gave us 3+ week estimates for inspection). Rick called us everyday with updates and offered help with the insurance company. He gave us so much help and peace of mind. He worked around my schedule to allow me time to clean out the car. RIick even helped me with emptying the car. Concerned for my safety due to heavy broken glass, he cleaned out the backseat himself, and helped me lift the storage toes ( filled with our belongings) into my car. He pulled the plates off the car and continued to provide guidance and help. He was a listening ear for our frustration and I will be forever grateful!!! Thanks again team Tully!!

They went above and beyond in their effort and always kept me updated about the progress. The body work came out great. A very detailed repair was done. I thought it took a little long but I was continually updated with progress and was even sent some pictures as the repair moved along. Service from the office was excellent. I hope I never need them again but if I need autobody repair then I will return.

Fantastic service and great communication. Work was exemplary. As a BMW shop you pay a premium for that work, but for me was well worth it. Meaghan also worked incredibly well with my insurance company to make sure supplements and paperwork was done well and done quickly. I'll only go here from now on!
