Super helpful! I just moved here from CA and realized my tire pressure was low due to the cold. I had never filled my tires before so wasn’t sure what to do. J.S. Automotive was a life-saver! Told me I was going to take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. They called me saying it was done about an hour and a half later but then I get there 2 hours later and they're still not done. They were having a hard time figuring out my windshield wipers. They left part of the windshield wiper clip on my hood car so when I drove it some things were clicking around and I had to figure out what it was. I will say the oil change was cheap, tire rotation and windshield wiper blades reasonable. Sent information to Carfax.

Stopped at the gas station next door last week on a work trip. I drive a 1993 Saab 900 convertible and was on an over 300 mile round trip. I stopped here because my 30 year old car does not have an accessory slot to charge my phone / gps and I was trying to find a paper map (lol). Unfortunately they did not have a map and doubly unfortunate for me when I got back to my car my ignition cylinder seized up and I could not get my key to turn to start the car. After having a small panic attack stranded over 100 miles from home with over 200 miles to go to complete my work for the day and having no phone, no idea where I am, and completely unable to start my car to at least go home, I went back to the circle k. And for the first time in probably 20 years I asked to borrow the phone. Upon overhearing my plight the nice attendant at circle K recommended I walk next door to J.S. Automotive and see if they could help. I had no idea this shop was there until she mentioned it. Upon entering the shop the gentleman at the desk inquired what he could help me with. I explained my predicament and he said they could assist me. He went into the shop and spoke with a mechanic who immediately stopped the work he was doing to come assist me. Within 10 minutes this mechanic had my ignition unfrozen and my car started. He saved me a 100 mile tow and potentially serious ramifications if I had not completed my work that day. When I asked what I owed him he said “Nothing, just pay it forward”. After this experience, if I was local, I would never take my car anywhere else. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, who are honest and willing to help out someone in need.

Great shop in Grantham. We are very lucky to have a skilled and very reliable shop next to us. I am always happy by the quality work I get. They do an amazing job going through my cars and identifying (and fixing ) problem areas.
