Mid-Way Collision Center provides exceptional service -- in serving customers and performing high quality repairs. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring high quality and timely repairs while (in my scenario) also dealing with my exceptionally uncooperative car insurance company. The insurance company was continuously difficult to negotiate and communicate with (e.g., the car insurance company [1] didn't want to pay a fair hourly wage and [2] were selective about which emails and phone calls they would respond to, leading to delays and frustration for both me and Mid-Way). As a side note, I hope Mid-Way never has to work with this insurance company again. Nevertheless, from start to finish, Mid-Way stuck with (and advocated for) me. A special thank you to Bob, for providing continuous updates to me on the progress of my repairs, and to Chris for never relenting in his efforts to communicate with my car insurance company. My car looks great and is running phenomenally! If you are looking for post-collision repairs in the area, I unwaveringly and unequivocally recommend Mid-Way.

My experience with Mid-Way Collision was so wonderful that it's been a challenge to figure out how to describe it without sounding like a paid-for advertisement. They were a dream to work with, got my car in fast for an estimate, were quick to get the parts, kept in touch by text every day, with only one delay because they were not satisfied with how one part fit. They have high standards for everything -- from human communication to car-body repair. They did a little bonus work to make the old headlight look more like the new one. They are friendly, funny, and honest. And they took care of all the coordination with the insurance company. An almost unbelievably great experience with an amazing shop!

Nothing bad to say, they did an awesome job on my car. They went above and beyond with my insurance company who wanted to be difficult at times.
Had the best experience at Midway, top notch service all around. Communication and updates were clear and consistent from Bob throughout the entire process. I will recommend them to anybody who will listen, couldn't sing their praises enough. My car is good as new!
