My family and I have taken our cars here for years, since before when they were R&M, and J&J have carried on the reputation for excellence. They are always busy, which tells me everyone else knows they are awesome too! Reliable and trustworthy, and even if they are super busy they will find the time for emergencies. Also sometimes as a woman, mechanics will talk down to you or not fully explain things. Not the case here, they always explain to me what they did and why, and break down the pricing, without prompting.
