Diamond Auto is one of the most professional and best run businesses I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Unlike many other collision centers they got me a quote quickly and got my vehicle in right away. Other collision repair shops were booking months out. Not only did they get my vehicle in super fast but they turned it around super fast without sacrificing any detail. My vehicle looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. They also made sure the vehicle was detailed before it was returned which was a detail I did not expect but tremendously appreciate. I can’t recommend them enough!

Doug and his team at Diamond Auto were fantastic. When I hit a deer a few weeks ago, most local auto body shops said it'd be a minimum of 2 weeks to start working on the car. Diamond took the car in the next day and began work as soon as the insurance adjustor came out. The work came out fantastic. They even fought for use of all OEM parts per my preference. They re-assured me of this and other concerns throughout the process. They turned the car around in a timely manner and even returned it with a professional interior/exterior detail. I cannot recommend Diamond Auto enough!

Doug and his staff are the best!! I had my car hit at my work parking garage. Amazing customer service. The owner was very humble and down to earth and no matter how many times I had to call he didn’t mind and kept me updated with my repairs. I would highly recommend, my jeep looks incredible.

Diamond Auto Collision was recommended to me by a mechanic who I had first looked at my car in terms of what I wanted fixed. My car is an old car and hadn't been in an accident, but a part of it wasn't fully in tact and I wasn't sure how to go about fixing it. I will say that I was very pleased with the way I was treated by this company. As a matter of a fact, for the small issue it was they didn't even charge me to get it fixed which really surprised me. If I ever have any car issues where I have to get anything fixed, I'm coming right back. On a side note, I wish I had learned the person's name who gave me a great customer service experience because I felt like they genuinely care about the issue at hand, rather than what's in my pocket. If I had pictures I would have shared what the issue was and I don't know anything about cars, so forgive me whoever is reading this. I left as one loyal and happy customer. I will definitely be recommending Diamond Auto Collision to my friends and family.
