I can't say enough positive feedbacm about this shop. I rent my Promaster RV out on Outdoorsy. Last summer one of my renters backed the rear upper panel into a tree causing nearly 7k in damages (between the interior deconstruct, external panel fix, and interior reconstruct). I got a quote and set up the repair with a shop I had used before However on my way there they informed me they wouldn't even start the repair until mid may. This would obviously impact my income because I'd be out the first 2mo of rental season. So I scrambled and found Diamond Autobody last minute via another shops recommendation. Not only did Doug match the original quote, but he squeezed me in with no notice and had my van back to me in 5 days. That includes having to prefab a part that was on backorder. The communication was excellent and shop crew knowledgeable and helpful. They made a potentially awful situation so much less stressful. Hopefully I never need a body shop again, but if I do, this is where I'll go and recommend everyone I know to use. Thanks again Doug. I really appreciate it!
