My boat trailer had a bearing let go in Sutton. I called Northeast, they picked up after one ring and were super pleasant. I explained I needed a tow to get the trailer with boat back to my house. They sent out Martin, super prompt response and man does he know what he’s doing. I stepped back, he strapped the front and pulled it on. When we got to my house he was able to position his flatbed and unload the trailer directly into my barn. He is not only skilled but he’s a great guy to speak with. Overall a great experience.
