Scam! This is a fraudulent scheme by NETC and a local state trooper
Brought in me new Gladiator to the auto shop and had a great experience with the tech and the service writers. I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle.
This Truck Center are scammers
Avoid this company!!! My 2012 Prius was towed 4 miles after an accident - Cost $973.00 to tow. I instructed the tow driver not to tow the vehicle. He said he had already hooked to the car. Charged $21 fuel charge; to disconnect battery & remove fluids $135; Storage fee $85 (vehicle was towed from their lot within 24 hrs) plus Administrative fee $95. David the dispatcher said don't worry your insurance will pay for all of his. He was most concerned that I had full coverage insurance. I recommend never allowing this company to touch/tow your vehicle.
Got me off the road
Had a dump bed stuck in the up position. Called around for roadside assistance early 7am and got a lot of "maybe we can get to you later in the afternoon." NE Truck Center was onsite within an hour and fixed the problem. The driver had finished working an overnight shift and stayed on to help. Very professional and reliable service.
These guys did a great job getting me back rolling. The tech(Josh) was professional, polite and got the repair done quickly. Highly recommend
