Very impressed with the work done at Downeast Autobody. It’s really the only bodyshop i trust, let alone even touch my car. 10/10 the owner is very thorough with what he is going to do and how he is going to do it and takes time with his customers. no matter what, he does it right and i trust his business as always. My car was hit in a parking lot and i received the car back within 2 WEEKS after being mildly damaged. i was very very impressed with how quick and how perfect my car came back to me.

We had a piece of the underbody of our car start to fall off while driving down 101. We quickly pulled off the highway, and happened to pull off at exactly the right spot. Down East Autobody was right off the exit. We pulled in, hoping for some advice and maybe to ask to use some duct tape until we could limp home. Instead, the owner came out, took a look at the underbody, diagnosed a simple issue, and went back into his shop. He came out with some tools, and proceeded to spend a 1/2 hour under the car, fixing and fastening. It was fast, efficient, and he made what could have been an incredibly stressful moment just a small speed bump in our trip. We were super grateful. Great service, kind human being, and a better job fixing it than our original body shop. Will definitely be going back.

Rob is one of the best in the business and the only one I trust to work on my stuff. He is meticulous with his painting and body work and faster than anyone else I have ever used. 10/10 rating for these guys, will 100% continue to use them on my projects.
