This is our third experience with Committed Collision & Auto Body Center (CC), North Hampton, NH. The first two were excellent and the third was even better. In February, our 2018 Acura MDX was hit by a deer - while I was able to slow considerably and veer to mostly avoid the deer, the passenger side door panel was damaged (the deer ran off into the woods...). At CC's front desk, Emily, Samatha, and Billy did a terrific job of looking for ways for me to reduce the costs and helped me work my way through the repair. They went above and beyond when my wife and I made last minute plans to go on a trip that created a tight schedule to get the car repaired and enable us to return our rental before our departure. We would have understood if the timing did not work out, but their diligence, working with the team repairing our car, resulted in the repairs being completed in a timely fashion. They kept me well informed throughout the process. We were able to leave for our trip without the hassle of how to coordinate the return of our rental car and departing for our trip. Best of all, the dent is gone, the paint is a perfect match, the car is super clean and looks like brand new! Committed Collision has my highest recommendation!
