Great place!!! Good people!!! Very clean!!

I could NOT be happier about the service I got at Committed Collision in North Hampton, where Progressive nudged me after a minor accident. I was skeptical, because I had never heard of the company, but the entire staff, particularly (names withheld for privacy) were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional on every level, and the vehicle came back virtually detailed. And, another member of the staff cheerfully helped me while I was waiting to get on the schedule with a minor repair that we hadn't noticed during the initial assessment. I'm not eager to have to go back, of course, but if I ever have another fender-bender, there is no question about where I'll bring my car. I'll give them an 11 on a scale of 1-10.

Incredible team. So glad Progressive recommended them. Awesome communication keeping us updated throughout the process. They went above and beyond on the repairs to make sure the replaced parts blended perfectly. We hope we don’t see them again soon, but know that we’ll be in great hands when we do.

I had my car brought here after getting in an accident, and even though it ended up totaled, everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. They were very efficient and had great communication. Emily especially was so understanding and kind. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone dealing with a car that's been in an accident.

they own a shop in exeter which is manned by incompetent and abusive people. apple doesn't fall far from the tree, so be careful using this shop or relying on these reviews. my experience with their exeter shop was a negative 10

I wish I could give 10 stars! EVERYONE at Committed Collision was amazing to work with, from the moment I called after I hit a deer and obliterated the front end of my Mercedes, to dropping it off, being kept in the loop with the status of where they were at in the process, to picking it up. The car looks BRAND NEW outside and inside. I truly wish ALL businesses offered this level of customer service, pride in their work and professionalism that the entire staff at CC offers, and anyone who knows me that reads this will know that this business is the BOMB because I am a rough critic. I without a doubt recommend CC to everyone!

I had an exceptional experience with Committed Collision and the people that work there. The quality of the work was fantastic and they kept me well informed throughout the process. If I ever need collision repairs again I will be returning.

My car was irreparable and they let me know ASAP. They were communicative and went well beyond their role in helping me push back on my insurance company’s very prohibitive and slow, unfair claims process. I’m grateful for their help when no one else could or would help. I hope I never have another collision, but they’d be my choice in that instance.
