Came here because my headlight bulb needed to be installed properly, when I called the front desk lady assured me that they would be able to fix the issue. After a while of them tinkering and me waiting she brings me my car and tells me that they weren’t able to fix it, ok not the end of the world I’m thinking…. To make matters worse they removed the bulb THAT I HAD INSTALLED (it wasn’t installed correctly but it was IN AND WORKED) and told me that they can’t do anything for me. Absolutely horrible customer service, what if I got into a accident or got pulled over and ticketed for only having one working light. They have to do better.

May 23, 2023I’m sorry you found our service unsatisfactory. As stated, your headlight was not installed properly nor by a professional. We tried to correctly install and did remove the headlight but there was broken clips and as a conclusion, we were unable to fix your headlight. After spending one hour trying to install the headlight in which we did not charge you, we were unable to further assist and gave your car back without the headlight in. That particular headlight bulb cost over $100 and if left in, it would of broke going over any bump due to it floating around the headlight assembly. We strive to do the right thing, even if we cannot solve the issue.
