I was referred to Erik's Import Autoworks by YBA Muffler and Brake after my 2012 Audi Q5 was leaking coolant. They scheduled my car to be looked at the same day that we called and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were transparent about the repair needed, the cost and how long it would take. April, who manages the front office, even called to find me a rental car which Toyota Volvo was able to provide on short notice. Gone down hill. The man that built that shop to what it was has lost something. Brought a car in for intermittent no start . Driving over 120 miles day before. Drove their shop, 3rd day diagnosis almost put car on fire melting primary due to bad connection , discovered by heat gun, [ multi meter test circuits] oh was like that, 5th day drive it see what happens now wire replaced, same, then oh a starter and alternator will fix or maybe been exposed heat from this caused by them 🥵 🔥. Call comes pick up 9th day ,fixed. Drive 30 min same thing. Called a real shop and 5mins said starter relay or EIS . OK flip relays it starts. Told them and stated ummm. That car doesn't have a starter relay we called mercedes. Problem returned and this time a real shop quite local aware of the poor diagnostic skills by techs ,checked eis and confirmed the culprit. All along the one and only issue. 9 days lost in shop. Two weekends work missed. Almost lost the car and wise guy States oh we needed more time. How unreasonable when actual shops can diagnose in reasonable time without actually causing problems. Specific car if familiar actually impossible start ever once wire is damaged never mind able drive to shop. At each start up the car stress tests itself. Amps and resistance to carry. Absolutely ridiculous. 8 days since last contact and still haven't made right nor admitted their short comings. Back to school get off the weed Sir !

Erik's Imports is the gold standard for automobile service in the area. They are excellent at what they do, pleasant and easy to work with, and honest beyond reproach. My wife and I have taken each of our cars to Erik's Imports since we moved to the area and we feel so fortunate to have found Erik, April and the crew....they treat us like family, exactly what you hope for in a small community!

I have only had the best experience using Erik on multiple vehicles from my old Subaru, to my Mini Cooper and now my Audi Q5. He is always willing to take the time to explain the why's and how of what needs to be done. Billing is fair and concise- with invoices always easy to read. It's always nice to support a family business and April always works hard to fit my car in despite crazy schedule.

Phenomenal service! We had to make an emergency stop on our way home to Buffalo NY because we thought something had broken off our car. They checked it out for us for free and made sure the car was safe to drive. It gave us so much peace of mind since we still had almost 7 hours of driving time left. Thank you guys so, so much!

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Was beyond pleased with the results. Brought my (new to me) Porsche Boxster in to have a thorough "go over" and get a number of issues fixed. April was incredibly communicative, got back to me about answers to all my questions, and just made me feel very well cared for. The shop did great work and completed a number of projects (suspension, ball joints, etc) while getting my car back to me in a very timely manner. Can't ask for anything more from a shop, great communication, quality work done in a timely manner, and all for a fair price.
