I have been taking VW wagons to PB European for several years now. I rely on them for excellent maintenance work and also good judgement. After my car had been to the dealer recently, the dealer had commented on an engine oil leak that I had noticed as well. They also quoted $2,000 to fix it. My initial thought had been to keep an eye on it, but now I wasn't sure if this was a bigger issue, or an early warning sign that could cause something bigger down the line. Doug took a look at this (my intent was to have a diagnosis and a quote for the repair). He let me know that this was the slightest of leaks, and not an indication of something wrong- in fact pretty expected with these engines. This was something to deal with down the line but not at all a reason to do major engine surgery right now. And then he wouldn't even charge me a diagnostic fee for taking a look. I can't recommend PB Euro enough.
Car was a 2013 Audi A5 that needed a steering shaft and rack, recommended I do the timing belt at the same time, the owner also noticed my oil pan was damaged and put that in with no labor cost. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
I really appreciate their integrity and the care that went into fixing my vehicle.
My Audi is 13 years old and runs like a top thanks to PB European Service. This is a wonderful, smart shop!

Best auto repair car service i have ever been to, took my car there and the service was phenomenal they are very informative and know what they are doing they are my new mechanics now and i will be referring everyone i know there for top quality repair and service thanks alot pb european service
Fixed some VW codes for me that 2 other garages were unable to resolve.

If I could give Pb European Service 100 stars I would! Everything from their customer service to the service on my vehicle was amazing. I would recommend them to any Audi owner. I know I'll definitely be returning for future services on my Audi!

If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop for your Audi or VW, I would definitely recommend Pb European Service, LLC. It seems like they have a lot of experience working on Audi and VW vehicles. They also have a good reputation for customer service, so I'm sure they'd be a great choice for anyone who needs service or repair on their European cars. Doug likes to tell you what your gonna do with your car.. I bring in a splash shield to replace my destroyed current one.. “no yours is fine we’re not gonna do that”.. then why did you agree and make me come & waste my time and gas.. and the upcharges on coolant piping. But hey great experience. Dudes a clown.

Jul 24, 2023Hi, T Roy, thank you for letting us know that you’re dissatisfied with services we provided three plus years ago. You may recall that we do not to accept customer supplied parts, which policy we informed you of when you initially contacted us for service. We risk liability when we accept and install customer supplied parts, OEM or aftermarket. Further, our general warranty includes 3 years/36,000 miles on parts and labor. We simply cannot offer that kind of warranty on aftermarket parts nor can we offer it on parts supplied by customers. The splash shield that you had purchased and asked us to install would not have fit—it was an aftermarket misfit part that we’d told you we were unwilling to install on your vehicle and risk liability should something happen. Regarding the coolant hoses, again (and again and again), we do not accept customer supplied parts—the OEM coolant hoses for your vehicle at the time cost $91.67 for one and $93.33 for the other, both from Audi. The coolant hose that you wanted to provide was not OEM; it was a known aftermarket brand from a third party seller as shown in the picture you had sent to us. Finally, because you were incredibly belligerent and disrespectful to both our service adviser and to Doug, we chose to sever our relationship with you and we did so respectfully by wishing you well in your future vehicle services elsewhere. We will do the same here again—thanks again for the review and we wish you well.
