The owner of this shop is a liar and untrustworthy. I was rear ended this year and so I went to my car dealer and they pointed me in the direction of Mike for body work. When I dropped the car off with Mike, the only issue with the car was the physical damage on the rear bumper from the accident. Fast-forward to when my car was ready to be picked up. The first thing that went wrong was I was given an incorrect time to pick up my car and when I got there the shop was closed and nobody was there to hand me any paper work or my keys. I get into my car to find out none of the parking sensors on the car are working. Meaning a thorough inspection of their work was not done before handing the car back. I inform Mike and I am forced to bring the car back again during the week, which was a waste of time because nothing was resolved. Mike says to take the car back to Audi and they will have to fix the issue that Mikes shop created. Mike then told me he would try to get the cost of the fix covered through the original insurance of the person who rear ended me. If that did not work he told me to my face he would reimburse me. After Audi made the repair Mike was unable to get the insurance to cover THEIR mistake. Instead of reimbursing me Mike shut me out and straight up said he was not responsible. Because lying to the insurance did not work out for him, his front desk associate stopped picking up calls and never called me back and Mike stopped responding. In conclusion, if you take your vehicle here its not safe and I would record every instance with Mike as he tends to make promises he does not intend to keep.

Dev, as we've discussed with you, for several months. We did not make a mistake on your vehicle. We repaired the rear bumper from your accident. Your FRONT bumper sensors were not working. When you brought it to Audi and they explained that you had rodent damage, you continued to blame us for the issue. You went back to Progressive and they also said they were not covering the front. Unsure why you think this is our mistake? If you disagree you can contact your insurance company again. You also expected Audi to pay for the damages as well and blamed them for damaging your vehicle as well. Perhaps, you have a habit of doing this to companies? If you'd like to take a look at our reviews you'll see that a lot of our customers are happy with our work. We guarantee our work for as long as you own the vehicle. If you had any issues with our workmanship, we'd be happy to work with you. Unfortunately, you're asking for something we are not responsible for. As to our hours. They are posted on our website, on Google as well as our property. I'm unsure why you think we'd give you a wrong time to pickup. When we notified you, we told you we were open until 5pm. We didn't realize you'd wait an additional 2 days to pickup and yes, our hours are 4pm on Fridays. I apologize you think we lied to you, but we didn't once lie to you. So in conclusion we did not lie, we did not make a mistake. You forgot to mention in your review the rodent damage. Trying to make us look like we, what? Removed your front bumper cover to mess with your sensors? Who, and why would we do that? I wish you well in the future and I hope you resolve your critter issues. We strive to make our customers happy but in certain situations when they're asking for something completely not related and trying everything to get someone else to pay for their issue, we just can't accommodate that. We made no promises to you that your insurance company would cover it and we in no way said we'd cover it. I'm sorry you feel it's our mistake but we never even went near the front of your vehicle.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. They are amazing in every way. Communication is spot on. Price is great. Staff is amazing! They show so much care and concern for you, your car and your situation. The are extremely accommodating and try to get you your car asap. I had the pleasure of talking / working with Mike and he was incredible. He goes above and beyond and that is hard to come by these day (it was refreshing) and this is why Nashua Collision Center will get my business for the rest of time. I 1000% recommend anyone and everyone to have their cars serviced at this location. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Mike & the Nashua Collision Center Team!
