We went there for a state inspection and the receptionist was very polite and courteous. All my vehicles info was sent to my email. It recommended I needed a part. So I said Yes. It was affordable and speedy. Wait time was nothing but a cup of coffee and a Google search. Thank you meineke for your service ☺️..

Customer service was beyond my expectations. Amazing service, friendly. Went there for my inspection, they also send you a link where you can see what your car needs, what needs to be changed and when. They also do follow up by text. Really recommend them

The car was in for a state inspection and oil change and no one checked the battery was bad? So had to get a tow for 145 dollars more and then another 225 for battery replacement. Not sure you all know customer service as I would have made an exception instead of charging more than something you missed with excessive more charges

UPDATE: Just had my Ford Edge serviced here, replacing a front wheel bearing. The scheduling was easy to do when I called up. They sent me a text to confirm all the information. Their estimate was fair and thorough. No real surprises and the price was better than alot of places. They sent me photos of the finished repair and had my car out of the shop in record time. They also took the time to chase down a separate issue I'd been having and we are scheduling a time for them to fix that issue as well. They did well. I've no real complaints. They changed my daughter's tires not long ago and did a fantastic job. Total recommend.

First experience here, but it was fast, easy, and fair pricing. Brought my work van here because the ABS light was on. It was just the sensor and they changed it out, believe it was around 350$ total so not bad. The front desk worker named Nick was also very professional and respectful, along with being cool to talk to. Hopefully will be able to bring all of my work trucks here with the same quality service.
