Terrible customer service. No updates. Repair took way too long.

Jamie and his crew do amazing work. I have had several cars repaired and painted at Complete Collision to include a Lamborghini, my McLearn and several Shelby Mustangs. Jamie is friendly and easy to work with. Customer satisfaction is the most important to Jamie and works diligently to make every customer satisfied with the work performed

Brought my Mercedes C class in for bumper work. Complete Collision went above and beyond for me as far as dealing with the insurance companies. The car was finished in a timely manner and I was given updates along the way. Would definitely recommend.

I usually don't write reviews, but this one was a definite exception. I brought in my BMW M3 to have the front/rear bumper repaired and repainted by Jamie. The vehicle took longer than expected than the original promissory date, 2 weeks rather than 1 week. The work should’ve been completed on an average of 2 days since it was a minor repair. I feel like the quality of work was not great and felt like the job was pretty much rushed since it was painted on the day before pickup. The front bumper was not painted entirely as what we wanted, and the front emblem was not removed as what was promised. You can clearly see the old paint and dirt after the removal of the emblem, the bumper was only painted halfway. There were other damages on the front bumper that was not repaired and just painted over. The front bumper was not prepped correctly since it had orange peel along with debris and particles embedded into the clear coat throughout the entire bumper. For the rear bumper, it was also not repaired as promised and was not sanded down correctly because you can see layer of previous clear coat not transitioning properly with the new clear coat. The rear bumper also had excessive paint runs throughout the bumper. We were lied that the rear bumper had a full sealer (basically primer) throughout, this was not case since I can visually see the touch-up paint that I applied on. Also, they did not color-match both bumpers correctly, it was 2 shades off. I feel like Jamie and the team (Complete Collision) is taking on too many jobs that they can handle, and the quality of work is just not there. Now, I must spend more money to have a professional shop repaired their mistakes. The reason for a 2 star rather than 1 is because of the prorated that Jamie had given for leaving the car as is rather than attempting to repair for the second time. Complete Collision is not even close to being average and I would compare them to Macco which I highly DO NOT recommend. I truly agree with the other reviewers that bringing the vehicle here is by far the worst decision ever!
