Jeff and the mechanics at AutoLab are efficient with excellent customer service. I work overnights and are willing to accommodate my sleep schedule during the day! I will be continuing to have my vehicles serviced with them and recommend AutoLab highly!
My 2016 Jeep Renegade that has only 57,000 miles on it had a terrible shake when driving on the highway or when i was heavy on the gas pedal. I took it in to Allen Mello Dodge twice and Route 38 Jeep in Lowell twice complaining of this SERIOUS problem. I was told it was this or that, tires unbalanced, etc. Each time the problem was not fixed and got worse every time. FOUR VISITS TO JEEP DEALERS and they had no idea what was wrong. I happened upon Mr. Ralph Turner as a very trusted auto repair shop owner in Nashua and made a call to him pleading for him to take a look at my Jeep. He had it ONE DAY and found that the front axel needed to be replaced and guess what?!? Jeep is driving AS SMOOTH AS SILK!! Ralph and his guys are AMAZING! Extremely reasonable rates and TRUSTWORTHY! That is a hard combination to find these days! THANK YOU RALPH! You are my new auto repair shop and you are STUCK with me!
