I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Ken’s Tow Company. Despite my attempts to communicate my situation, they seemed indifferent and proceeded to tow my car a mere three miles, ignoring my pleas to reconsider. To add insult to injury, they then charged me a staggering $465 for the service. This blatant disregard for customer understanding and excessive pricing left me feeling taken advantage of and wishing that the money I reluctantly parted with would sit heavily in their stomachs, a bitter reminder of their lack of empathy and fairness. One of the worst human running business.
