Friendly, Reliable, Trustworthy! I have nothing but great things to say about GTA Auto! They have worked on my car for the last few years and have done a fantastic job of keeping my 2011 Nissan running! Janette is a keeper for sure!! She is so knowledgeable and can answer all your questions! She does her best to find the best deal for the best price. She once scoured for a replacement driver's side mirror to fit my Vera, and found it at a good price! Thank you GTA for always doing the best work and be a trustworthy business!

Great job on a challenging car. My most recent visit involved a variety of problems which the GTA staff were more than up to. A particular challenge is finding parts for a 16 year old British car, but they stuck with it and now it runs great! Thanks!

When I took my wife’s Mini-cooper to the dealership for a sticker, they convinced me I needed a brake fluid flush ($230) and that a rooter and brake pad needed replacing. I brought the car to GTA for an oil change and second opinion on the brakes. Thankfully, this is an honest shop that assured me that I did not need the brake service at this time. I’lll bring my vehicles here from now on.

I thought I needed a new muffler, but they found that part of the exhaust system had rusted away (the salt of New England winters!). Janette explained two repair options for me in detail, answered my questions, and made it very easy for me to decide what I wanted. It’s so nice to be able to trust people providing a service, no matter if it’s home repair or auto repair. Many thanks to the GTA team!

Honest and fair. Twice now I got really high quotes from other shops and called GTA. Both times they not only beat the prices by 30-40%, but Janette worked hard to SAVE me money instead of up charging. Best mechanic I’ve ever been to.

Supposedly fixed my daughter’s car twice and charged a lot of money. She brought it back a 3rd time and they wanted $5000 to fix what should have been fixed already. I never trusted the situation. Nice and friendly while they sucker a kid.

Oct 24, 2023This is an unfortunate review as we were given no warning of this family members discontent regarding their daughters’ recent visit with us. We have completed two recent repairs with this vehicle. One relating to a valve cover leaking oil and leaking water pump (8 months ago) and the other was replacement of a leaking/cracked thermostat housing (2 months ago) which we assume this is the basis of this poor review. Unfortunately, parts fail and often times there are no other issues that arise from the initial failure. However, in this case it is reasonable to suspect that the initial coolant leak and prolonged driving while leaking/low coolant resulted in the failure of the head gasket. While we sympathize with the owner regarding the bad news that we NEVER like to give, we have never operated our business in an unscrupulous manner in which is being suggested in this review.
This place is great. Always friendly and tries their best to save you money while delivering excellent service.
