Towing my wreck back to Maine.

I would absolutely give more stars if possible. To start, I’m from GA and was delivering furniture to New Hampshire in my box truck. Well, I finished the delivery around 5 PM and realized I had no working headlights or taillights. So I drove about a mile up the street and parked to start googling mobile mechanics. Thankfully I was directed to Wakefield by another mechanic who couldn’t help me. I called and spoke to Dave(there’s 2 of them). I told him my situation and immediately he was able to diagnose the problem. It was after hours so he would have to charge me an additional fee if he came out but I decided to wait until morning. The phone call didn’t end there. Dave stayed on the phone with me helping locate hotels, food in the area, we talked about our families and a bunch of other random things. The only reason I ended the call was because my wife called to check on me. Our conversation lasted over an hour twenty minutes lol. The next day, I brought my truck in and Dave rewired and installed new headlights, fixed my cargo door, and informed me of a transmission leak. These guys went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful that I met them. They are affordable, knowledgeable and they taught me things as they were working on my truck. I highly recommend

I have to leave my truck there for a week.For one they all thought they were some kind of authority or possessed knowledge of the law and medical protocols.lol Far from the truth.When i picked up my truck yesterday the entire passenger floor was covered in oil from someones shoes.All content of interior had been stuffed onto the passenger floor on top of the oil.I totaly understand things happened and when i called to give constructive feedback i was told i was dreaming and nobody in his "garage" could ever have oil on their feet, and became combative and indigent. I guess if that was my life at that point in time i would also be very unhappy.Anyway im off to San Diego and and probably will not be thinking about this matter anymore.I would just use your judgement if you bring anything there with any kind of value or if you want your belongings disrespected.However the place was rather entertaining.Kind of like a Jerry Springer show.Proof that being kind and considerate is the best approach.

I had a terrific experience with this company. I needed a tow and they quickly responded. I am very grateful for the professional and experienced team.

My grandparents were stuck on the side of RT 16 in Milton after a car accident and another tow company not showing and it was after dark. Very polite and professional, showed up to pick the car up within 15 minutes. Definitely saved the day, can’t thank you enough!!
