I have been in the seacoast area for a long time..Yet not so much in Lee New Hampshire. I drove by John’s several times and there’s always activity in every single bay.. he appears to have a crew of four or five. I am a custom builder in this area and I understand what it takes to run a business I have six on staff myself. John is true to his word and I recently went there about a month ago for an inspection on my very expensive work truck and I appreciate that his tech found something that really needed to be fixed. After all that’s what we’re paying these people for is to keep us safe on the roads. It was a $17 part and John said he could get it the next day and not to worry my truck was not going to have an alignment issue. Water and got it fixed very happy then two weeks later my radiator went I dropped it off on a Sunday night without an appointment and John took very good care of me before 3 PM same day. My third visit there was a success as well with a simple latch for my tailgate. Kind of expensive, but so am I and I’m a firm believer that you reallyGet what you pay for
John was efficient, friendly and reasonable.

What I liked about John's Auto was that he did not turn me away when I needed my car to be looked at. "When one door closes, another door opens."
