I have been going here for years. Great service and very honest and trustworthy people.
I use LDN for all of our cars, for state insections, oil changes, brake work and more complex issues they handle them all. They communicate clearly what needs to be done and the cost. Trustworthy and attention to detail make them my go to car repair spot. Cars are always left clean and ready to go. Great customer service.
Don't know what happened to these guys, but the girl in their office is not good. She does not return messages left on the machine or make any sort of call backs. I dropped my car off at LDN last Tuesday for state inspection and found out when I called them on Friday that I needed 2 tires and single axel breaks to pass. I did not recieve a call about my car, but instead had to call them. For the work needed, their secretary created a quote for $900, stating "Well, $400 of that is just in labor." Needless to say I went elsewhere and not only was I charged less than $600, they had it done within 2 hours, and both texted and called to say it was ready.
Broke down one min away, got us in fast and got us out quick great place would recommend!
Very fair and reliable!
