They did an awesome job on my 25 year old car's transmission. It runs like it was new again. Honest and Professional. Will use them again next time something comes up!

Sergio is very personable, and his team is fairly competent, but if you don’t want your vehicle reeking of cigarette smoke, this is not the place. I had issues after the transmission was repaired, and I was met with troubling scheduling with issues that I believed were related to the job, so I wound up taking it to a different shop that confirmed the work done caused the extra issues. Cost me an extra $3000 and stranded me on the highway. The only good thing I can say is that they are a good transmission shop. Good luck with anything else.

So I definitely want to comment on this review, The first part of the review about the cigarette smell is true . We couldn’t smell any smell but his wife is very sensitive to smoke so we paid to have his truck detailed and cleaned at a cost of over 200 dollars no questions asked , as far as the second claim I completely disagree on what David was asking for . We did the exhaust manifolds on his truck and asked him if he wanted to do the spark plugs and wires while we were there , keep in mind this was over 7 months ago. Truck ran fine with no issues for 7 months . So fast forward to when I get a call saying that he was not able to sleep or go to work because his truck was acting up and was told that the spark plug wire came loose.Customer never gave me rhe opportunity to fix whatever issue he had and instead took it to another shop. So for this issue David wanted me to pay him restitution of 3500 dollars for his lack of sleep and loss of time for that day! On something I charged him COST for and no labor . So this is where we ended up. A bad review for something that we didn’t do wrong . I would have happily taken care of the loose spark plug wire that failed 7 months later . I will post invoice if necessary. Bill for parts at cost I believe was 319.00 so no I was not refunding 3500 dollars .

The shop’s high level of mechanical knowledge and expertise solved my vehicle’s transmission issues quickly and I was back on the road sooner than expected. They not only provided excellent customer service, but went way beyond by checking all of my vehicle’s systems, not just the one they repaired to ensure I wouldn’t encounter any more mechanical problems. Thanks again Sergio and team! I highly recommend them!

So my husband and I were traveling from Texas to Vermont and broke down in Bedford New Hamshire .Our car was towed to a local repair shop and we were told it was the transmission.The shop owner recommended Aamco in Milford NH since he had sent other customers there in the past and said he hadn't had any complaints- So he called Aamco and got the green light to have our car towed there.Well it was a excellent experience!! Sergio and Anthony were great ! We had to leave our car behind and fly back since my husband had business back home to take care of,Sergio took time out of his day to drives us to out hotel and to the airport ! Who does that nowadays? They do! We came back 2 weeks later to pick up our Yukon and they picked us up at the airport! And the most important part of all is the excellent repair to our vehicle! It drove back 2700 miles flawlessly! They also repaired some small issues at no cost ! Can't say enough about them.Thank you for a great experience in a crappy situation.

Had my Silverado dropped off on a Tuesday for a transmission replacement and picked it up Friday afternoon and it ran better than ever! Sergio and his team did an awesome job and didn’t rush me what so ever! Found a new shop and met a great group of guys at the same time! Honest guys, honest work, and the quality speaks for itself!
