Great place to do business. They have repaired several of our family cars. My recent visit was due to an accident and the first question was about any injuries. No injuries! Just damages 😔

Nate is friendly but a little too busy. Asked for an estimate and it took a week to get. He promptly returns calls.

Sorry - cannot agree. They totally ghosted a friend of mine who they promised not to ghost. The owner gave her a quote but when she tried to schedule an appointment they ignored her. The owner knew the work had to be done to meet an inspection requirement and promised not to leave her hanging. The period for inspection came and went with no response from the company even though multiple messages were left with the business. My friend had to pursue an alternative fix to the issue which resulted in an approved inspection report. To this date Bumper to Bumper has never responded to my friend. A poor business practice. .
My truck was hit from behind in an accident. Nate was easy to work with and my truck was repair on time. Great work, made the whole process easier. Would recommend.
