We had the pleasure of meeting Jamie and his family on a recent trip to Stratford. You couldn't meet or work with a more down to earth family. Highly recommend!
If your looking for a company that as people that knows what they are doing do not go here had a vehicle towed the guy that was doing the tow could barely run the truck my friend said get a hold of Arsenault that was my worst sis decision dirty handprints all over my vehicle inside and out the guy did not even have one clue how to drive the truck let alone do anything else not very impressed with the lack of knowledge from Arsenault repair. I don't know what you are talking about ice or anything that your talking about and my vehicle was not towed in the last few days i it was some time ago

Feb 24, 2024Good evening Mike ..So as the owner of my company i am not quite sure if this review is relevant as I don't think the whole story is being given here. However I do recall a driver reporting that the owner of this said automobile in last few days was trying to force my $108,000 truck to proceed up a icy driveway that was not maintained and extremely slippery and continued to cuss my driver out along with telling him what to do so before hitting social media with a negative review maybe if this was the case the said owner should have contacted the owner of said company and discuss the dissatisfaction in your service.. I have been doing business with jamie for well over,6 years with no problems he always uses me great that is why I always go to arsenaults repair for everything including towing
Jamie's crew came and picked up my car within 15 minutes of calling them after my rear wheel locked up completely. Had the car fixed and running good as new in less than 24 hours at a fair price. Would definitely recommend!

Jamie and the staff are friendly and professional. I had an inspection , tire change, brakes and a couple other upkeep repairs done. Update- I needed to have a noise checked out and they fit me right in!
