Usually have a decent experience, But this time got charged 300 dollars to run a diagnostic test only to find out it was in need of a 28 dollar part,, Very disappointing,,

Apr 23, 2024Not sure what we could have done differently. You had nine trouble codes in your computer that need to be evaluated. With today's Electronics a lot of times there is much time required to figure out the root cause of the problem which could be something simple as in your case.
Walker's motto should be "Alll work is done professionally and properly."

Have been using Walker’s for all of the thirty years we’ve lived here and have always enjoyed pleasant, expert, proactive and timely interactions with anyone on the staff. Have recommended Walker’s to many friends over the years all of whom have become fellow admirers and patrons.
