They added over 200% markup on parts. I brought my truck here because I thought Robert still owned it. He doesn’t. New owners..NOT the same! I needed new sway bar links for my truck while I was on vacation. Seems like an easy task. It’s four nuts to take off and put back on. They bought the wrong parts and barely installed them on my truck and charged me over $350. The top nut was cross threaded and stripped and I had to cut it off with a torch. They didn’t even bother finding a 15mm wrench to hold the shaft of the link, it looks like they just grabbed it with locking pliers. The bushings that are supposed to be tight had 1/4” of slop. It wasn’t even the right part number. The entire sway bar was loosened and never torqued back to specifications. I will never be back. They did refund the $280 I paid for the $60 parts after I emailed the franchise owner.
