Lebanon Ford used have a great service advisor, Phil was very knowledgable, he cared about his cuctomers concerns and showed appreciation for their business and always went above and beyond. Huge mistake letting him go! Now they have a bunch of inexperienced kids that don't have clue and don't listen to customers cocerns. My 2021 Escape hybrid was in shop 3 times before they got oil leak repared. Awhile after first repair was done, I checked oil and it was down 2.5 quarts. I took it back for second repair and expressed concern for damage done to engine due to lack of oil. Awhile after second failed attempt to repair oil leak I checked oil and it was down 2 quarts. I took it back for third attempt to repair oil leak and again expressed my conerns about engine damage due to lack oil. I asked that they take oil sample send it for analysis, to see if showed abnormal engine wear, they didn't. The third repair they replaced timing cover, after replacing crank seal and timing cover seals,twice before, fixing oil leak. To this day my concerns about engine damage due to lack of oil due to failed repair attempts have not been adressed. Most recently my Escape was towed to Lebanon Ford for shift system fault which caused it to attempt to shift into park making a lot of noise while still moving for about 50 feet before parking brake appllied itself. When picked up escape I asked if they checked transmission for dmage and was to problem had nothing to due with transmission. My concern for transmission damage were not addreesed. I have worked on my own vehicles for years and as a fleet mechanic and shop foreman for ski areas and construction companies. I would never recommend Lebanon Ford service to anyone.
