Fantastic service! My husband had a flat tire. Harper’s came when expected, put a spare on and ordered up a new tire. Very happy with the service.
The owner overcharged me $200 above the agreed upon price and tried to lie about it! The guy was probably not all there but was extremely rude on the phone as well. Don't do business here...
Absolutely terrible service and rude to deal with!
