I drove about 10 miles with this grinding noise thinking my right rear wheel was going to come off. Pulled into the Hyundai dealership after I got out of work…their mechanic just punched out but came over to take a look…found that the 2 bolts holding my caliper had fallen off…but he did not gave them. ….he suggested I don’t drive far and don’t hit the brakes hard. Drove to down the street, but their mechanic left at 5. It was 5:55 pm by now. Drove quickly across the street to Mieneke before they closed at 6 pm. The woman at the counter could tell that I needed help and got their best mechanic Jeff on this. Jeff quickly pulled the wheel off and looked for 2 bolts. No luck…but Autozone across the street did have them…so I ran over there, picked them up, and Jeff installed them using an air gun…then he hand tightened them to make sure they were on good and tight. Jeff then replaced the wheel, used the torque wrench to make sure they were the correct tightness….and I was off. Jeff was absolutely awesome…The woman behind the counter was great. I WILL definitely go to Mieneke again after this AWESOME experience. Tom B

I needed an alignment for my 2008 Jaguar. I called a few places that either didn't have available appts or wouldn't align my model/year. I called Meineke and the gentleman that answered the phone was friendly and helpful and able to fit me in first thing the next morning. I showed up, dropped my car off and the work was done quickly. They provided me with a before and after printout. The alignment improved the ride and handling of my car as I had just installed steering components and tires but couldn't align it properly myself. The price was comparable to other locations and the location was convenient. Thanks for providing a great service.

Before an unnamed employee left the laconia center, I had nothing but positive things to say. The last few months I'm ashamed I can't say them anymore. I feel like around every corner theres something popping up on my fiances car and mine. Im not in the business of airing my dirty laundry online. But, lately ive been less than satisfied. Going to start getting a second opinion before doing my work here again.

Dealt with Mike, I believe Sabrina was her name, along with the rest of the team. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to get me in quickly to get my car fixed to pass inspection and at a reasonable cost. Great experience, highly recommend!
