Great friendly service and staff

They are great!!! They helped me with looking at a car I was going to buy and did. They did the state inspection, too.

My boyfriend and I went to Mom's Garage this past month to have our yearly inspections done. Long story short: I will not be going back; I do not trust them. My boyfriend had his car inspected first and passed, but they tried to tell him he needed to get his front brakes done and he should set up an appointment. Instead, we left and my boyfriend fixed his own brakes. Upon removing his tire, he could see that his brakes were perfectly fine and didn't need replacing. Fast forward to my inspection: my car fails. I needed a leg pin and rear brakes. They wanted me to have them do it that day for over $900. I got a second opinion from another garage and brought it to them to be fixed. My leg pin was rusted and needed replacing, but my back brakes had just been done the year prior and were perfectly fine. I had my back brakes verified by two shops other than Mom's and they both concluded that the brakes did not need replacing. They tried to milk money out of me and my boyfriend by saying we needed brakes when we didn't. Other than this, they were very nice people to talk to and their waiting area was very clean. I'm skeptical about them, though, for lying on two occasions about expensive brake repairs.

Moms has been nothing but good to us. I bring our entire fleet of commercial vehicles there for service. They are FAR from the closest mechanic shop to us, but I have found it very worth the trip every time. The owner explains things very well and really helps you understand the issues going on with your vehicles. Moms has gone above and beyond for us numerous times finding the issues with our vehicles that numerous chain/franchise shops have missed or dismissed as nothing. I highly recommended Moms garage for any of your vehicle service needs.

We were on vacation on our motorcycle and had a flat tire. These guys had that type of tire in stock,came picked up the bike, changed the tire and brought it back in like 2 and a half hours. Mind u were n BFE! Great people
