Very patient & supportive while dealing with a difficult insurance issue ! They were very helpful in assisting insurance clear up any questions/concerns . Staff are amazing , friendly & very professional 👍

Had them replace rear window on my truck cap. They needed to make a template so that took an extra week to get. Well obviously the glass was cut wrong. So what did these clowns do? They cut the frame for the glass to fit. THEY ACTUALLY SHORTENED THE FRAME TO MEET THE GLASS! No joke that's what they did. Problem with that is now there is a gap for rain and snow to get in. Cut the frame.. really? Cover up a mistake with a much bigger one. Thing is that bigger one can't be undone! There is no way to correct their screw up.. new frame? unavailable out of production! Sicking part was the fact that I got a lower price at their competition but made a dumb choice and decided to pay higher price hoping for quality work. What a blunder that was. I feel more a victim than a customer. I should put a sign on my truck " Hey check out Portland glass workmanship" with big arrow pointing to the gap they created. Every time I open my back window I will be reminded never to go to that hack joint again. They strive for 110% customer satisfaction what a joke. I have to live with their screw up. So ticked off I will post everywhere I can in the internet Tell everyone who will listen of my experience at Portland Glass in North Conway. You should avoid this place don't allow yourself to become another victim. As a follow up Manager said he would make it right that was 2 months ago. Its is now 12/19/19 Still waiting! Maybe forgot. I don't have that pleasure as i look at it every single day Read their propaganda it says they want customers 110% satisfied what a joke that is. NOT EVEN THE 10% here. This is follow up. todays date 8/18/22 over 2 yrs now and still have not corrected the issue as they promised. Guy told me he will make it right.. STILL WAITING!!!
